What Is the SHUAFAY Wallet?

The SHUAFAY Wallet is a customer loyalty, rewards and shopping-value feature linked to an eligible SHUAFAY customer account.

Depending on the features currently available, it may allow customers to:

• Top up an eligible wallet balance.
• Receive promotional wallet value when an active offer applies.
• Redeem part of the available wallet balance on eligible purchases.
• Review wallet balances and activity through the customer dashboard.

Wallet Eligibility and Account Use

Wallet access may require an active SHUAFAY customer account, a supported billing country, a supported storefront currency and successful completion of any required payment or account verification.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account and transaction information.
• Maintaining the security of their account credentials.
• Reviewing their wallet balance and transaction history.
• Reporting suspected unauthorised wallet activity promptly.

Supported SHUAFAY Wallet Currencies

SHUAFAY Wallet support may be available in the following storefront currencies:

• USD
• CAD
• SGD
• GBP
• EUR
• AED
• SAR
• PKR

Supported currencies may change according to storefront configuration, exchange-rate logic, payment-gateway availability, legal requirements and operational support.

The currency and wallet value displayed during the confirmed top-up or checkout process will apply to that transaction.

Using SHUAFAY Wallet Rewards at Checkout

Eligible customers may redeem SHUAFAY Wallet value as a partial payment benefit on qualifying orders.

Under the current policy, wallet funds may be used for up to 20% of the eligible cart total.

The exact redeemable amount is calculated by the checkout and may depend on:

• The customer’s available wallet balance.
• Eligible products and order value.
• The selected storefront currency.
• Active promotional conditions.
• Checkout and payment compatibility.

The remaining eligible order amount must be paid using an accepted checkout payment method.

Wallet Balance Validity and Expiry

SHUAFAY Wallet balances are designed to have no expiry, unless a specific campaign, credit type or legally required notice expressly states otherwise.

A valid wallet balance may therefore remain available after a limited-time promotion has ended.

This does not prevent SHUAFAY from correcting, freezing, deducting or reversing wallet value connected with:

• A refunded or cancelled payment.
• A chargeback or payment reversal.
• A duplicate or incorrect wallet credit.
• A technical or currency calculation error.
• Fraud, misuse or a policy violation.

Non-Cash and Non-Withdrawable Wallet Value

Unless SHUAFAY expressly provides a separate official feature, wallet balances and promotional wallet rewards:

• Cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Do not earn interest.
• Are intended for eligible purchases within the SHUAFAY ecosystem.
• Cannot be transferred outside approved wallet features.

Wallet value does not represent a bank deposit, investment, savings product or stored cash account.

Fair Use and Wallet Account Restrictions

SHUAFAY may review, limit or suspend wallet access where there is reasonable concern regarding:

• Duplicate accounts or bonus farming.
• Fraudulent or unauthorised top-ups.
• Refund or chargeback abuse.
• Technical exploitation or manipulation.
• False account or payment information.
• Attempts to bypass promotional rules.

Where necessary, SHUAFAY may reverse promotional value, restrict wallet redemption, cancel related orders or recover value obtained through misuse.

Wallet Account Security and Privacy

Customers should protect their account password, device access and other login credentials.

Suspected unauthorised wallet activity, an incorrect wallet entry or possible account compromise should be reported to SHUAFAY promptly.

Personal information associated with wallet use is handled according to the SHUAFAY Privacy Policy .

Changes to the SHUAFAY Wallet Policy

SHUAFAY may update wallet rules, promotional structures, redemption limits, supported currencies, eligibility requirements and wallet features where reasonably required.

An updated policy becomes effective when published on this page unless a different effective date is clearly stated.

Customers should review the current Wallet Policy before completing a new wallet top-up, transfer or redemption.
