To ensure faster and cost-effective returns, SHUAFAY operates return facilities in Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, and our headquarters in Pakistan. This network enables you to return items locally, reducing shipping time and expenses. Alternatively, you can opt to return your product directly to our Pakistan facility.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will promptly process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Transit Time: Return shipments may take up to 30 business days to reach our facility, depending on your location and courier. Delays can occur during peak periods.

  • Inspection & Refund: Once received, returns are inspected and processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times vary by provider.

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are not refunded after order dispatch.

  • Refundable: Shipping fees are refunded if you cancel before dispatch (within 3 days), receive faulty items, or if SHUAFAY cancels due to stock unavailability.

  • Fragrances: No returns or exchanges on opened fragrance products due to safety reasons.

  • Face Masks: Only faulty masks are eligible for return.

  • Swimwear & Underwear: Must be unused, with tags and hygiene seals intact, unless faulty.

  • Handbags & Footwear: Return in original packaging to prevent damage; avoid scratching or marking during inspection.

  • Jewelry: Pierced earrings are non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless faulty; other jewelry must be unused and resalable.

  • We monitor return patterns to maintain fairness; excessive returns may lead to account reviews or closure.

  • If your return is lost in transit after 30 business days, contact Customer Experience. We will investigate with the courier, which may take up to 10 business days.
