SHUAFAY Wallet Policy

The SHUAFAY Wallet is a premium customer wallet system designed to give eligible customers more flexibility, long-term value, and a stronger shopping experience across the SHUAFAY ecosystem.

This Wallet Policy explains how wallet balances, top-ups, promotional rewards, supported currencies, redemptions, reversals, and related wallet rules are handled.

This Wallet Policy forms part of the wider SHUAFAY Terms & Conditions. By topping up, holding, receiving, transferring, or redeeming wallet funds or promotional wallet rewards, you agree to this Wallet Policy in addition to our main Terms & Conditions.

1. What Is the SHUAFAY Wallet?

The SHUAFAY Wallet is a customer wallet feature available within the SHUAFAY ecosystem. It is designed to allow customers to:

  • top up wallet balances in supported currencies;

  • receive promotional wallet rewards where offered;

  • use wallet balances partially on eligible orders;

  • enjoy a more flexible and long-term value-based shopping experience.

The SHUAFAY Wallet is intended as a loyalty, rewards, and customer-value layer. It is not a bank account, prepaid card, stored-value account, or electronic money account.

2. Supported Wallet Currencies

Wallet support may be available in one or more storefront currencies, including but not limited to:

  • USD

  • CAD

  • SGD

  • GBP

  • EUR

  • AED

  • SAR

  • PKR

Supported currencies may be updated, expanded, restricted, or changed at any time.

3. Current Limited-Time Wallet Offer

SHUAFAY is currently offering a limited-time 5X top-up reward for eligible wallet top-ups.

Current offer summary

  • top up with $100 USD equivalent or more

  • in your selected supported storefront currency

  • and unlock a 5X wallet reward

Example reward values

  • $100 top-up = $500 reward value

  • $200 top-up = $1,000 reward value

Equivalent reward values may be applied in supported storefront currencies based on the selected currency and the wallet logic active at the time of top-up.

This is a limited-time promotional offer and may be changed, reduced, replaced, paused, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Once withdrawn, the same offer may not return.

4. Limited-Time Nature of the Offer

The current wallet reward is promotional and time-sensitive.

This means:

  • the current 5X offer is not guaranteed to remain available;

  • future wallet bonus rates may be lower;

  • bonus structures may be revised over time;

  • eligibility conditions may change;

  • SHUAFAY may discontinue or replace the current wallet promotion at any time.

Customers who are interested in the current offer should secure it while it remains available.

5. Minimum Top-Up Requirement

To qualify for the current promotional wallet reward, the minimum qualifying top-up is:

$100 USD equivalent or more

This minimum may be updated in the future.

Equivalent thresholds in other supported storefront currencies may be determined according to SHUAFAY’s internal currency and wallet logic at the time of top-up.

6. Wallet Reward Calculation

Where the current 5X offer applies, reward value is calculated based on the qualifying top-up amount.

For example:

  • top up $100 USD equivalent and receive $500 reward value

  • top up $200 USD equivalent and receive $1,000 reward value

Reward calculations may be shown in the user’s selected storefront currency where supported.

SHUAFAY reserves the right to correct any wallet entry, promotional calculation, conversion error, display issue, or technical fault.

7. Partial Redemption at Checkout

Wallet balances may be used on eligible purchases through partial redemption at checkout.

Under the current policy:

  • customers may redeem wallet funds up to 30% of the cart total on eligible orders

This means wallet balances are intended to work as a partial order benefit rather than a full-payment replacement unless otherwise stated by SHUAFAY.

Redemption limits may change over time and may differ for certain products, promotions, checkout flows, currencies, or account types.

8. Eligible Orders & Checkout Use

Wallet balances may only be used on:

  • eligible products

  • eligible checkout flows

  • eligible currencies

  • eligible accounts

  • eligible promotional periods

SHUAFAY may restrict wallet use in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • excluded products

  • restricted promotions

  • fraud review

  • duplicate or suspicious accounts

  • partial payment incompatibility

  • technical or legal limitations

  • risk or compliance concerns

9. Never-Expiring Credits

Unless otherwise stated in a specific campaign, SHUAFAY Wallet credits are designed as never-expiring credits.

However, SHUAFAY reserves the right to reverse, freeze, adjust, suspend, or remove wallet balances or promotional components where:

  • fraud is suspected;

  • a top-up is reversed or disputed;

  • a technical error occurred;

  • bonus misuse is detected;

  • a chargeback or payment reversal affects the wallet funding source;

  • wallet usage violates the Terms, this Wallet Policy, or any applicable promotion rules.

So while ordinary wallet credits are designed for long-term use, this does not prevent correction or enforcement action where required.

10. Non-Withdrawable & Non-Cash Nature

Wallet balances, promotional bonuses, and reward values are:

  • non-withdrawable

  • non-redeemable for cash

  • non-interest-bearing

  • not transferable except where a wallet transfer feature is expressly enabled by SHUAFAY

Wallet value is intended for use within the SHUAFAY ecosystem only.

11. Wallet Top-Ups, Verification & Approval

Wallet top-ups may be subject to:

  • payment approval

  • fraud screening

  • identity or account verification

  • transaction review

  • payment gateway acceptance

  • risk assessment

A wallet top-up is not final until the relevant payment is successfully received, verified, and accepted.

SHUAFAY reserves the right to delay, hold, reject, reverse, or manually review any wallet top-up.

12. Refunds, Reversals & Bonus Adjustments

Where a wallet top-up, order, or funding source is refunded, disputed, reversed, canceled, or otherwise affected, SHUAFAY may:

  • reverse promotional bonuses;

  • deduct associated reward value;

  • freeze wallet balances temporarily;

  • correct wallet calculations;

  • restore eligible amounts to the original payment source or wallet balance where appropriate;

  • offset refunds against previously granted wallet benefits where applicable.

If a wallet-funded order is refunded, SHUAFAY may determine, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law and policy, whether any amount should be returned to:

  • the original wallet balance;

  • the original payment source;

  • a reduced adjusted value after promotional correction;

  • a combination of the above.

13. Abuse, Manipulation & Account Restrictions

SHUAFAY may suspend or restrict wallet access where we reasonably suspect:

  • duplicate-account behavior

  • bonus farming

  • fraudulent top-ups

  • abuse of refunds or chargebacks

  • technical exploitation

  • false identity use

  • suspicious transaction patterns

  • policy manipulation

Where necessary, SHUAFAY may:

  • reverse bonuses

  • suspend wallet access

  • restrict checkout usage

  • freeze account activity

  • cancel related orders

  • pursue recovery of improperly obtained value

14. Wallet Transfers & Internal Features

Where SHUAFAY enables wallet-to-wallet transfers, currency transfers, or other internal wallet features, such features may be subject to:

  • additional eligibility rules

  • transfer limits

  • fees

  • review processes

  • account checks

  • technical availability

  • campaign restrictions

Such features may be disabled, changed, or withdrawn at any time.

15. Relationship to Terms & Conditions

This Wallet Policy should be read together with the SHUAFAY Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any offer-specific campaign terms.

If there is any inconsistency between a short promotional message and this Wallet Policy, SHUAFAY may rely on:

  • the Wallet Policy,

  • the Terms & Conditions,

  • the applicable campaign rules,

  • and the actual wallet logic in force at the time.

16. Changes to This Wallet Policy

SHUAFAY may update, revise, reduce, replace, or withdraw wallet rules, bonus structures, redemption limits, supported currencies, and promotional mechanics at any time.

Changes become effective when published on this page, unless a later effective date is stated.

Because wallet promotions may evolve over time, customers should review this page regularly before topping up or redeeming wallet funds.
