  • Refusal to pay duties may result in delayed delivery or return of the shipment


Failed Delivery & Refused Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • Undeliverable due to incorrect address

  • Uncollected after carrier attempts

The order may be returned or abandoned by the carrier. Any resulting costs may be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
