Products, Content, and Specifications

4. All product features, content, specifications, and prices on the Websites are subject to change without notice.
5. We make diligent efforts to accurately display product attributes, including colors. To ensure color accuracy, SHUAFAY uses calibrated displays with 100% sRGB coverage as the minimum standard. Customers are advised to use a 100% sRGB color-calibrated display for precise color selection.
6. The inclusion of products on the Websites does not guarantee their availability.
7. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the purchase and use of items from these Websites.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

8. Orders can be canceled within 3 days and before order dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, a deduction may be applied.

9. Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the purchaser, subject to shipping restrictions.
10. SHUAFAY is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping, and you must file claims with carriers.

Returns Policy

32. A returns policy is in place within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the product must be in its original packaging and tagging, unworn, and in original condition. You can print the return label within 14 days and drop the shipment at the nearest EMS post office. Once we receive the returned item, our team will review it and initiate a refund. Product Color Accuracy

33. SHUAFAY does not accept returns for color shift/change issues. Product colors may vary due to screen color space and accuracy. Please select your product color from the available color swatches, and you will receive the product in the selected color regardless of the product image color.

Custom Design Creation

34. SHUAFAY offers custom design creation orders. When customers share a design of other brands, SHUAFAY may make pattern changes to ensure uniqueness. If it is a customer demand, SHUAFAY can produce the same pattern design. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in this regard.
