SHUAFAY’s easy returns are a reality with EMS post. Just fill out the returns slip, attach the EMS return label, and drop your package at the nearest Post Office. Always retain your postage receipt for your convenience.
Returning an online purchase to our warehouse is a hassle-free process with EMS post. Here’s how:
Fill out the returns slip enclosed in the parcel we delivered to you.
Apply the EMS return label to the front of the parcel.
Drop off the parcel at your nearest Post Office.
Remember to retain your postage receipt as it serves as proof of shipment. Your unwanted items are your responsibility until they safely reach our warehouse.
Return Shipping
Customers are kindly requested to cover the expenses associated with return shipping. Upon receiving the returned parcel at our warehouse, our team will initiate the refund process to the original payment method used for the purchase. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.
Your valued parcel may require up to 30 business days for delivery to reach SHUAFAY, with potential extended transit times during promotional periods. Please utilize the online tracking feature through EMS Track and Trace.
Please note that EMS Pakistan is an intermediary stop, so kindly allow an additional 3-4 days for your parcel’s journey to reach SHUAFAY’s destination. Once your return safely arrives, our dedicated team will promptly commence the processing, typically completing it within 3-5 working days. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we ensure a smooth return experience.
Once your order has been dispatched, regrettably, delivery costs cannot be refunded upon cancellation. However, there are specific instances where delivery costs will be refunded:
Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you choose to cancel your order within 3 days of the order and before it’s dispatched, we’ll gladly refund your delivery costs.
Return of a Faulty Item: If you need to return a faulty item, we’ll ensure a full refund of the delivery costs.
SHUAFAY’s Stock Availability: In the event SHUAFAY cancels your order due to stock availability, your delivery costs will be refunded.
For cancellations, the refund will be based on our least expensive delivery method. For more comprehensive information, kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions. Your satisfaction remains our priority.
At SHUAFAY, we’re here to make your returns as convenient as possible while ensuring your satisfaction. Here are the key details:
- Return Period: We welcome returns within 14 days of you receiving your order, with refunds processed back to your original payment method.
Condition: All returned items should be in pristine, unworn, and unused condition, complete with their original packaging, tags, and labels.
Quality Assurance: Faulty items will be inspected thoroughly to confirm manufacturing faults.
Return Label: Most orders include a return label in your parcel, excluding fragrance products. For fragrances, please reach out to our Customer Experience team.
Monitoring Returns: We monitor returns to maintain a fair shopping experience. Excessive returns may be flagged or could lead to the closure of your SHUAFAY account.
Fragrances: Due to safety regulations for flammable substances, opened fragrance products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Face Masks: For hygiene reasons, face masks can only be returned if they are faulty.
Swimwear and Underwear: Health and hygiene necessitate that these items are unused, with intact tags and hygiene seals in the original packaging, unless they are faulty.
Handbags: Protect your handbag by wrapping it carefully in the original dust bag to avoid any shipping damage. While examining it, please avoid scratching or marking the product.
Footwear: Safeguard your footwear by packaging it in the original shoe box to prevent damage during shipping. When examining your footwear, be mindful not to scratch or mark the product.
Jewellery: Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty. All other jewellery should be returned in a resalable condition, unused.
Online Refunds:
Once we process your return and send you the Refund Confirmation email, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your available funds. The timing can vary depending on your bank and payment method.
- Credit card refunds: Allow 5-10 business days.
- PayPal refunds: You will receive them within 2-3 business days.
- Gift card refunds: They will appear on your card within 24 hours, following the order in which you entered gift cards during checkout. Remember to retain all gift cards used for potential returns.
Refund Not Received:
If your return hasn’t reached us yet, please review the returns tracking number to confirm its location. Returns processing may take up to 30 business days, with longer durations possible during promotional periods.
Lost Online Returns:
If your return is lost in transit and it’s been 30 business days, SHUAFAY will initiate an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Contact our Customer Experience team at support for assistance. This process takes approximately 10 business days for resolution.
