Global and Local Returns
Recognizing the importance of a seamless return process, SHUAFAY has established return facilities in Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, and our headquarters in Pakistan. This network allows you to return items locally, minimizing shipping times and costs. Alternatively, you may choose to return products directly to our Pakistan facility if you prefer.
Return Shipping Customers are kindly requested to cover the expenses associated with return shipping. Upon receiving the returned parcel at our warehouse, our team will initiate the refund process to the original payment method used for the purchase. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp or email to notify us of your intent to return an item.
2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with the address of the nearest return facility based on your location, along with detailed instructions for preparing your return.
3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Ensure the product is unworn and unused.
4. Ship the Package: Use a reliable postal or courier service to send the package to the provided return address. Retain the postage receipt and tracking number for your records.
Customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with return shipping. By offering local return options, we aim to reduce these expenses and simplify the process for you.
Transit Time: Depending on your location and chosen return method, delivery to our facility may take up to 30 business days. Please note that transit times can be longer during promotional periods.
• Processing Returns: Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect and process it within 3-5 working days.
• Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Non-Refundable: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery costs are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Refundable Scenarios:
• Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order within 3 days of placing it and before dispatch, we will refund your delivery costs.
• Faulty Items: If you return a faulty item, we will refund the delivery costs.
• Stock Unavailability: If SHUAFAY cancels your order due to stock unavailability, your delivery costs will be refunded.
• Fragrances: Opened fragrance products cannot be exchanged or refunded due to safety regulations.
• Face Masks: For hygiene reasons, face masks can only be returned if they are faulty.
• Swimwear and Underwear: These items must be unused, with intact tags and hygiene seals in the original packaging, unless faulty.
• Handbags and Footwear: Please return these items in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Avoid scratching or marking the products while examining them.
• Jewelry: Pierced earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty. All other jewelry should be returned in a resalable, unused condition.
To maintain a fair shopping experience, we monitor return patterns. Excessive returns may result in account reviews or potential closure.
If your return is lost in transit and it has been over 30 business days, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance. We will initiate an investigation with the courier on your behalf, which may take approximately 10 business days for resolution.
